We'll start to set up Telephone Banking as soon as we receive the form.
Please allow ten days after you post the form before calling us to activate your chosen codeword.
Please make sure your codeword is different from your activation code you used on your application form.
Everyone who is named on the account should know the codeword, but you should not tell anyone else.
When you use our Telephone Banking Service, we'll ask you for specific characters from your codeword. You won't be asked to give the full codeword. Once we've checked your identity, you'll then be able to make payments, provided you have enough money in your account to cover them.
